Our Team
(CEO)
Kim Jung brings 25 years of experience in hardware and software development, rooted in game‑development and specialized in gamification, real‑time 3D, and automated modelling workflows. As a first‑market mover in digital twins since 2000, he has delivered more than 3,400 large‑scale projects — from 120‑km railway corridors to major central stations with all technical rooms. His expertise spans 3D mapping, laser scanning, geo data, simulation, and the integration of digital twins with SAP, ERP systems, and industrial databases. After founding eight companies and completing a successful exit, he expanded into drone and hardware engineering to advance autonomous data acquisition. He has built six international subsidiaries and maintains strong business relationships across South Asia.

At HardByte, Mourad Ismail leads the company’s financial steering as well as its economic and strategic direction. With a background in International Economics and Management and extensive experience in finance and investment, he translates technological innovation into robust business and financial models. He combines analytical precision with entrepreneurial foresight, building structures for funding, controlling, international expansion, and sustainable scaling. His focus is on capital allocation, risk management, and ensuring long-term value creation.

At HardByte, Yannick Jung shapes the company’s technological vision and development. As a full-stack developer with an exceptional breadth of expertise – spanning frontend and backend, embedded systems, and AI-driven software architectures – he builds the foundation of the platform. With his unique expertise in “mesh manipulation,” he drives the automation of 3D models to the next level. Yannick combines deep mathematical understanding with creative engineering, creating digital solutions that redefine the standards in the field of digital twins.

As a specialist in drone and electrical engineering, his expertise ranges from precise design and 3D printing to CNC milling, PCB soldering, and the construction of complex prototypes. With a passion for technical precision and innovation, Swen gives HardByte’s ideas a tangible form – making the future of scanning practically experienceable.
